We daily host teen groups from around the world for shows & workshops at our Times Square NYC theater. We have been touring K12 schools, camps, community centers and family events DC to Boston & beyond since 2003.

In 2011 we opened our Times Square comedy school offering weekly classes and summer camp for teens. Improv is a ton of fun to watch, but even more fun to play the games yourselves. And who knows, you just might learn some valuable life skills along the way!

  • GET TICKETS to public shows. All matinee shows are all ages family friendly. All shows are teen friendly (PG13 for evening programming)
  • Saturdays 10am Comedy 4 Teens: 8-week sessions include a performance showcase, free tickets to public shows, free access to online resources including printable PDF downloads of our books that cost $5-10 each on Amazon.
  • SUMMER CAMP – Ten weeks of Improv, Stand-Up and Sketch Comedy. $500/week. $1500 for five weeks. $3000 unlimited access for one year camp AND weekly classes.
  • 7/1 LONG ISLAND MURDER MYSTERY 6pm Locust Valley Library for Teens

Bring your middle school and high school student groups to Times Square for shoes, workshops and more. We offer discount group rates at public shows and for larger groups we can add shows almost any day before 5pm and Tuesdays before 8pm

Workshops

Improv is a must for every aspiring artist, so we get theater and music students from around the world stopping by our shows and workshops as part of the Arts education trips to New York City.

Improv is so much more than that though… We use improv comedy games to train corporate groups team building, leadership, sales and customer service skills. Improv makes students better community members and leaders. Simply playing these games develops self-confidence, listening and focus. We build creativity, critical thinking and public speaking skills.

23 years ago we were just actors looking to showcase and get hired on TV shows, Films and Broadway. For the past 20 years, our mission is to spread joy and laughter one show and workshop at a time, and arm students with the skills to thrive in any industry.

With over 30 years of experience in theater, comedy, and television, Walt Frasier is the Artistic Director of Improv Theater LLC, a leading edutainment center known for its high-impact comedy shows and workshops. His extensive career includes performing comedy sketches on MTV’s Stankervision, Late Nite with David Letterman, TruTV’s Friends of the People, and HBO’s Pause with Sam Jay. As an actor, Walt has appeared on NBC’s Blacklist, CBS’s Blue Bloods, USA’s Royal Pains, Netflix’s Lilyhammer, and NICK’s Naked Brothers Band, in addition to numerous commercials, industrials, and live performances worldwide.
